MOUTH GUARDS

A mouthguard is an essential protective device for contact sports such as BOX, THAI BOX, KICKBOX, MMA, JUDO, KARATE, TAEKWONDO and other martial arts. They help prevent injuries to the teeth, jaw, and gums from hard blows.

The mouthguard is divided into a ,,single" version. This only protects the upper palate. And a ,,double" version, which protects both the upper and lower palate of the teeth. The double version is connected (it is one piece) and contains a breathing hole. This used to be problematic during more intense training. 

The mouthguards are adjusted by placing them in hot water and then placing them in the mouth. By pressing the teeth, the are shaped exactly to your jaw within 10 seconds. If the mouthguards is longer, the ends can be cut with scissors.
